Job security means my work and evaluation and work culture means every moment realization systemically. Management company policy means work should be rated education and knowledge and depth and work balance. No perciality. Every employees prove own credit. For example one employee know as a Manager what is the procedure Integration Engineer . But Technical people cannot develop that procedure systemically. Manager cum Software Engineer over come the procedure. But Technical people that reason take advantage. Is it true?

Offensive language and Bar Professional people and illiterate people and Theft and dishonest people . All example results should have gave to me horrible and sorrowful life Last 14 year's. My life conditions disgusting and Father's also expired. I'm sufferings always disturbing life. I can't control myself. If I will join with my position and respective designation then every offensive disturbing should be stopped.
