There’s nothing to like about this company. It makes the fool of its employees as well as employees.

Dislikes

Dislike have a long list : 1. No set policies and rules as they get modified according to suitability of the management every time. 2. No perks and benefits for employees like health policy etc 3. Salaries don’t get credited on proper dates. 4. Salaries are modified every month according to the HR and management as per their calculations. 5. The biggest drawback is HR has no power and it acts as puppet to the management. 6. Management is biased towards its old employees and new employees are always humiliated. 7. Career growth is less as there is hardly any promotion coz of less positions available and if anything is available old employees will be preferred. 8. No work culture and ethics. 9. No confidentiality as Employees personal details are available to everyone in the company. 10. Services to the customer is worst and the company is least bothered about it.

hiring is easy.... working is like tele marketing selling financial software in different prices to different clients just sell the software is the main deal base price 38k but people are being told different prices by different employees as they would be paid higher incentives on basis of how much high they sell the software no job security you do the sales or you are out simple rule no career growth as owner gives preferences to old employees salary differs for no reason..... politics is perfect... work environment is like circus ring master has the control as he does what he likes in the name of innovation selling maximum software and a little development of software as per needs with more options of data management hope its more than enough.......
