Hypocrisy from founder. People were laid off, while CEO was saying it is all performance related. It is not the employee's fault that s/he was under-utilized and was not properly evaluated. Similarly, CEO will keep saying work-life balance, while pushing for weekend deadlines. Makes it difficult to trust him.

...SMEs and managers you'll get everything. if you are ready do "Anything" to them. you'll get everything like promotion, a salary hike. otherwise, you'll not get anything they ill not considers you and your work. in harpic advertisement last you can see two germs... in this company two germs are there " manisha and ajithabh" beware of these guys.

The company is good in upskill your knowledge there is lot of things which you can learn in redseer.

Politics at senior level intoxic environment for work... Compensation and payout is very poor as well as lack of structure in company.

Ambitious fresh graduates who join and provide great energy.

yes-men culture, client boot-licking to get low quality projects, no knowledge management - very difficult to persuade unusually haughty partners to "part" with their "knowledge".

A unit BEEROUTE the worst company nothing is good is this company.

The managers don't care about your health they only care about their targets. If u have your leaves also, they will not approve the leaves in emergency time. No Worklife balance have to work like 9.30am to 9pm till there daily targets are done toxic culture. Too much politics in the company. My suggestion never join this company.
