...ound 9 months. 3. Founders are non trust worthy. Don't trust them for any thing. They will hire you after paying double the salary but also they can fire you after giving lots of mental torture.athey lie a lot they told us they are going to get the general insurance licence in June 2022 from IRDA but still they waiting for the same. They are getting it due to multiple reasons. 4. One of the founder is very rude. He things all the employees are slave for him. He will fire you anytime. He is known for scolding and abusing people on the floor front of everyone. In their first town hall he told opening to all the employee I am not going to e changed. 5. In my opinion no need to take this kind of risk there are many companies which are offering good job where atliest you will have some kind of job security.

Great team with a sense of responsibility towards customers. There are always people who will not be satisfied with the best of your services, but the never give up attitude of team here is something that is inspiring.

We need to improve on our work life balance

There is nothing to talk about. Management have not vision and short time to finish the project. They don't know how to utilise the resources and tech effectively.

Bad Management False promising for appraisal and hike during hiring Because of the hype they hire and don't know how to utilise it. Hire fast , fire fast
