...oesn't follow their Ethics and I don't how they ere qualified for HR management. They will give u the salary details after you have signed the 2 years bond and they will threaten that if you want to go out of company it may give u negative impact on future (background verification they will give negative feedback when u leave the company)
It’s good place to work and official culture also too good.

Very Less Appraisal- I am associated with organisation since 10 years but the salary package yet not good even every QTR I have done over achieved my target.
Now although new employee are joining higher package but who has given his life precious time more than 5-10 years they are still very less salary. Why company does not set a Standard format of appraisal?
Some employees who is buttering & very close of his reporting manager they are getting every year good appraisal. (Sorry to say but it’s true)
Suggestion- HR should take market feedback from the business partner before appraisal and accordingly take discussion what they can best for every employee. Don’t allocate BU to separate biz wise budge.
It will help to make transference for everyone.
Redington- Over all organisation is EXCELLENT 👍🥰
Working culture was always very good in Redington. I just didn't liked the offer they have given the marketing coordinator to move Chennai on same package to work in Redserve... I mean I had given 10 years of my life to this company & instead to giving me appreciation against it, I have been left with no other option to leave .y job.. As company should understand that the person who is living in North region won't move to entirely different location without handsome salary hike
