Salary is low as per market standards Dirty politics in AMG group Unqualified RSM lead South team. Bettering and oiling in AMG group Promotion and Appraisal is worst in AMG .

...u will be given some other product with due respect and without any humiliation. Salary comes on time and employees are taken care of very well. Colleagues are nice and helpful.

The only thing is I dislike is that regular trainings do not happen for some products.

Now Redington started hiring more people who doesn't go along with Redington culture, they have created a toxic work environment,Redington should think that skills can be taught but attitude can't taught

You will get recognised and good promotion only if you work in sales or presale related roles. If you join this organisation in support Engineer role you will not get recognised or no proper appraisal will be given as this an sales related organization and they are into distribution buisness

My first company. Actually it's not a company it's a paradise. The management support very much. They respect the employees very much. Work-life balance there. Team outing and tours are there. Really miss this company
