...ng depends on artist...productions and leads needs to question supervisor also 5- motivating people to work on weekends by giving comp off or extra pay...is something a serious concern..according to me that's failure of everyone 6- comparing own company with others ..whenever questions asked for why to ask work for extra hour...is never going to make you the better from others 7- never faced a pressure in CG department....but in vfx from hierarchy to working culture everything is mess ...projects are good..challenging...we need better planning 8- please stop giving artist of the month...a one good not enough to judge a artist :p Just a concern to shape Redefine for a better future..as it gave me a lot ...thanks for selecting me as a artist.. Waseem sheikh and Rohan kadrekar thankyou for the great workexperience truly a professional personality

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
