Hi, very good company and career growth company. I have joined as Jr.Executive in 2009 and now i am GM in this company. Giving more opportunities to learn and develop our skills. Family environments and management very friendly. Mistakes happen but giving chance to rectify the mistake and giving more confidence. Lots of encouragement and motivation in work. Understanding employees needs and giving immediate solution. No tension in work. No other company will do but our company still doing is "all together sit in lunch time and have food together including me and our MD". Very attractive increment within 6 months. We can learn everything from small company and we will have confidence to run a business on own by learning in Rede. Help team members to open new company. Take care of medical expenses and take care of personal problems. Personal grooming of our employees. Home to office allowance is there for all employees. 100% job security and we can enjoy doing the work in Rede. Really proud to work in Rede for past 10 years and still continues.... It is a start-up size company with an amazing team and lovely environment to work in. It's like a clay, and we employees are given the right to mould it anyway we like. Highly flexible and understanding top level people who lead us well. The management satisfies all the employees whenever and wherever possible. Best place to start or improve our carreer to next level.

The only problem we all faced is, since it is a very small company, we were able to demand everything except the high pay which is required today. They try to do everything at their best, but it just doesn't feel enough for the uprising expenses.

First no job security is there if they don't like any time they will terminated employees which is not good. No career growth every one can get manager postings total strength is 20 employees including MD & GM, no one is get full salary everymonth too many deductions & holding salary for unnecessary reason.politics creating not by employees, then who? I hope you will understand. They are treating employees likes kids.. Please don't refers this company to any one of your candidates, don't spoil their growth. I have really very very bad experience. They can't manage even 20 employees. They have only small book of company benefits but won't implement its eye wash for new joining. They are showing interest to know about employees personal issues & matters.
