Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Dislikes

There are so many points I would like to people know. 1. The salary is not paid on time. It may take half the month or 2 full months to pay just one months salary. 2. The work culrure is not appropriate. They want their employees not to connect with each other but they fail to understand it is the power of connection and good bondings that help to grow a company together. 3. The management and HR team is bogus. They are absolutely unprofessional. And does not listen to emplyoees need. Also this is the reason why almost 80+ emplyoees leave the company in a very short period. 4. The company invades employees personal life. They demand all the attention for company.

Waste company dint pay salary till 6month I resign still make excuses also not genuine company.

Dislikes

Lots of staff left due to not pay on time salary credited in 2 month and sometimes 3 Rd month waste company.
