Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

If someone like to have a job security than it's nice to work here other than that behaviour of CEO & Founder is very nice towards their staff. He doesn't believe in hire & Fire. People are given ample opportunity.

...ication between departments. Accounts department is not responding quite nicely. Salary and perks are not given on time.

...cultural and dhokebaz,at almost every highest seat & place relatives are fixed, Readers as you remember owner had promised to pay salary and now they are threatening to file FIR if I give negative feedbacks
