No doubt company has a fastest growing network company was having a very healthy environment at kanpur for the staff and buisness of the company was also going very good but after the appearance of z.m in our city the atmosphere of the company is spoiled and the buisness is also gone down ...I like the concept of working I am a huge fan of Our C.E.O sir ...

.... company is awesome ,but there is nothing extra at kanpur for driver like o.t..and the salary of the Driver is also not too good ....

I work with driver on 8month...one day no leave no weak off no extra salary very bad experience to manager not response to my ot salary.....

Company is good... Manager's are not to plan ot amount are weak off...... Pls do driver ot amount release

...there is pressure to give positive reviews with a threat of firing if they dont. - Frequent layoffs - Leadership behaviour lacks professionalism and empathy as they use abusive language - HR department is not approachable and doest not effectively address employee concerns (only 1 or 2 good folks, which already left) - disparity in pay practice - favouritism happening everywhere - full stress of numbers - managers behaviour changes when u take leaves. - Ground people forced to work for more than 12hrs a day. While not getting proper overtime. (Overtimes starts if they work for more than 12hrs a day) - Not following compliances

...nd live saving. It makes me feel that I am contributing to the society in a way. Salary is needed as well.

Dislikes

It's a very small company. There is no product to sell except the ambulance services. The state head doesn't have enough human resources owing to cost control but everything is expected out of one person be it growth in terms of scaling up the existing business and through new account addition. Collections need to be followed up and done,marketing activities need to be done. Basically one person can get highly over worked with all the tension around.

I working in ground floor convert to clients face to face but not any type of support from senior managers and contact only calls and gives fully presures. Working 12 hours.
