I love the working atmosphere plus this is such a place where you can groom your skill as per me

Dislikes

All thing is good but working hours are 12 hours some time it may be 14 hours and there is no off for months as trainee I personally continue my shift for 2 months with any off. At last also the stifund on training at this property is very low as comparison to work.

I had a great experience while working at lemon tree hotel. It is a great opportunity to learn and enhance my skills. I felt secured working in a friendly and cooperative environment. Management is a very helpful and polite.

Red fox hotel is a good place for biggners as they get experience, after one year it is good to move to another hotel as in one year you will learn many things. Shortage of staffing is bringing the company down as staff is failing to maintain the decorum and faliaur in protocol/ procedure. Staff leave this hotel very frequently as they are unable to Handel the stress and work.

Type of clients come to the hotel and staff is unable to follow the procedure.

I m really so lucky I was started my career from red fox aerocity as a travel desk supervisor and also front desk GSA I was had a great experience from the hotel and really the hotel are very nice and good for starting carrier and also for fresher

Dislike was nothing but some issues are there like slow growth and planning

Ys..there is growth ..but in hospitality industry u hav to go through work pressure ..long duties ..but at last seriously u gained what u want like ..increment ..position..otherwise from my side ..do ur best ..in every manner..also there is staff training for The staff..
