I am happy in this job too much the job security is too good management of hospital is excellent and work culture also outstanding .. redcross maternity hospital is the best place for working woman

Though it's is central government institution,the local political leaders (chairperson) affecting it's functionality,no career growth, outsourcing the facilities,like blood bank, sonography unit,eye department and dental wing for their personal benefits

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
