Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Company ka nature bhi achha tha aur hmare Sir Ishan shukla (Writer and Director) is a great man. Sir humse mil julkar rahte the aur humara koi bhi prb rahe usmein sath dete the. Agar mauka mile to mein Ishan Sir ke sath dubara kam karna chahunga.
