Work-life balance is good but the overall management is hell.

Dislikes

They will never appreciate for your work, will not pay you as per your performance. Red Baton fires you whenever they want and will ask you to apply for resignation. Senior's don't know anything, everyone is from NIFT who don't know anything about UI or UX.

Red baton is very good start up and you can learn all aspects who has dreams and need to show case their talent and they can evolve as much as they want, nice culture, no work tensions lots of perks. Happy working here.

Dislikes

Can improve the work KT giving to other new joinee. Process of adapting takes time.
