Here each & every situation or issue for any employee is handled with both brain & heart. Employee reward & recognition takes place with equal importance every year.

Being a part of Red Apple Technologies since the beginning has been an incredibly fulfilling journey. Over the past 11 years, I have seen the company grow from a small team with big ideas into a full fledged Game and App development studio with a solid presence across India and Abroad. What's kept me going is the constant learning-this industry evolves fast and we've always pushed ourselves to stay ahead, whether it's exploring AR-VR, Metaverse OR scaling up mobile game development. What I value most is the people. We 've built a team that genuinely cares about the work and each other. There's a strong sense of collaboration here, and its rewarding to see young talent grow into leadership roles. WE 've had our challenges, like any growing company, but the drive to improve and adapt has always been part of our DNA. Looking back, it's been more than just a job-it's been a part of who I am.

Honestly, there isn't anything I'd call a real "dislike". Like any growing company, we do face challenges-but what stands out at Red Apple Technologies is how proactive the team is in addressing them. Improving communication or onboarding new tools, we are always working together to remove obstacles and make things better. Its a continuous improvement mindset that keeps the environment positive and forward moving.

I've been with Red Apple Technologies for 4 years now as a project manager, and what I appreciate most is the collaborative environment. Managing teams and working across department - design, development, marketing - has been a smooth process because communication is clear and people are approachable. The projects are diverse, specially gaming, apps and AR/VR which keeps things engaging. There's a strong culture of ownership and accountability, and you're given the space to lead and make decisions, which is great for professional growth.

Dislikes

There isn't much to dislike, but occasionally, managing overlapping deadlines across multiple teams can be a bit challenging. The said, the company is quite responsive when it comes to refining processes and improving team coordination, so issues are usually addressed quickly.
