There head is headache, they don't know anything just wanted some interns so they don't have to pay a single rupees to them and earns as much as they can from them. No work culture you have to forget your personal life if you are selected

In the name of internships, they hire interns to make them work to the fullest and get their work done. They now changed their name to Zoblik to recruit fresher to work again, as we Ex-Employees left reviews on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, or AmbitionBox about their practices. This company is committing fraud with students using "Naukrify" as their new name under the guise of being a job provider with unnecessary course sellers.

i was jobless and was looking for entry in to corporate world, i got a chance with RecruitNXT and got lot of learning nad exposure. it is a very good company to start your career and learn.

Worst company, they want everything free . No full time employees, all are unpaid interns. They don't even buy tools and softwares needed for the job. Toxic work culture and micromanagement. You have to work all 7 days even on sundays and festivals ,and they have meetings at odd timings like 9pm. There are no project managers and if present they are interns who have no idea about the project and how to manage it.They dont use github to manage the project code , you have to send code in WhatsApp . They don't provide any training , you have to do everything on your own and they don't even assign the daily tasks you have to call them to know your task. After the completion of internship they don't provide any certificate and ignore all your messages and calls.

Beware the Company Founder Nupur Banerjee and Amit Gupta are scamming employee there real name is Amit Mahipal and Nivedita Mahipal.They force employees to sale fake course.Now they open new company zoblik , xyntara, naukrify .
