...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It guves good training. Better security and excellent carrier growth salary expectations is very good. Learning and skills knowledge is improving. Very good atmosphere for employees.

Company give a termination about 6 or 1 year

The company work environment is good, low work pressure.

No job security, salary is not enough with respect to work pressure, any time any where may transfer within India, increment is very low. TA/DA is very low and not getting in Time.

In Company is good culture to work and salary credit on a month within 1 day to 10 day, very much transferable job because project of RECPDCL is approx 1 or 2 year then they trasfer before complition of but some employee will still stay their. After complition of project. Some Our Senior was good and Supportive but some was very strict they can't understand the employees problem.

No comment ,every coin has two perspective so some positive and some negative over all things are good.
