I have been working in this company for 3.7 years. Its been a great experience all together. The Top Management is very cooperative gives freedom to work, and provides the opportunity & exposure to the multi dimensional learning on the role . Healthy atmosphere at work, Solid support from cross functional teams beyond their limits which shows their boundarylessness and commitment to the given work. Its been continuous learning experience from experienced people here.

Personal involvement of promoters and their caring nature towards the employees.It's family here where sincerety is regarded the most.

Dislikes

Were too much lineant with the non performers and always kept backing them by virtue of their time spent with the organisation but these people only kept on backstabbing the organisation, though the times are changing and the company is revamping fast in the required direction to become a thorough professional organisation that has all the empathy for good and sincere talent and is equally harsh on the non performers.

Very bad company culture. Company has no vision and not a professional company and also has lot of compliance at the level of higher authority.

IT department has been reporting all the sales employees, and in Sales admin department all are office sitting people are like one way.Traffic.
