Good for semi skilled and ITI workers. This organisation is good for freshers only. Good for mechanical draftsman. For initial drawing knowledge.(AutoCAD drawing) Skill development scope is good for ITI candidates.

Dislikes

...lopment for diploma and b tech holders. Harassment during site visit and travel. Initial salary is below the average. Overall salary experience is below average. No incentive policy. No team work. Due to unbalanced team work representatives has to be suffered.
