Was removed on 10th working day itself saying, that my performance is not satisfactory, Team lead who is a female In international bde gang up to remove her own team members and make them fired without a prior warning or intimation, was only provided with system and mail address and asked to start working, i mean what?? I am a bare fresher with one month of prior experience, and I was catered to make effort for international sales generation for a UK market that they themselves haven't been able to crack in the last 6 months, so how is it justified to expect results from me on the 9th day itself,, was asked to carry sales in international standards, but in reality i was made to do cold calling like if am in call centre, such 6 waste of time
