Here no human is treated as a human. God knows what the higher authorities think about themselves. Company grows only if you treat your employees well. Atleast learn it now when you have lost all your good employees!

Dislikes

Anything and everything followed in here is to dislike. Too much politics and very disgusting attitude of senior employees and management. If you really see the way they manufacture the airplane parts you will fear to travel via air again. Worst organisation ever!
