The salary was reduced to 50% without even any prior intimation. There is a ton of work and nothing will help you develop or even sharpen any of your skills. You'll be asked to work on holidays and the tasks will be given to you mostly at the last moment & you'll be pressured to complete it in impossible period of time. You'll be asked to work for even extended hours. Everything flows from top to the bottom but if there is some issue or request that needs to flow from bottom to the top management, nothing will happen. They won't give any response.

Dislikes

Typical government culture for few while others (say 10%) do all the work. Deep issues of incompetency due to lack of quality professional trainings on both domain expertise and leadership. Such incompetency and applicability of Pareto's 90:10 rule significantly impact satisfaction, culture & work-life balance for the 10%.

Work challenges is limited . Always senior helps in project completion. Nearly experience hection government works.

Saturday sunday working 31/31 days working and sitting till 9:30 to 8:00. Family time personal life no more RIP to those who plan to join..

Dislikes

Some activities like tennis, carom and chess are restricted for participation of regular employees.
