The flow at rebel foods never gets ended they never care for over time given introduced new policy for double pay for working on week off but never pay for overtime or weekoffs. Favoritism is most preferred for worst employees although best treatment. Worst organization with worst management.

Bad work culture Very long work hours literally worked for more then 17 hrs a day Some times we required to stay 2 days in company, which is ok but there won't be any recognition

One and only one thing is good about Rebel foods, Salary is received on time.

Dislikes

Timings not not good. Staff food is not everyday available. From chefs to managers, majority are illiterate, handful of them are motivational and educated. EMP are promoted on the basis of who plays well politics. Work load is higher in operations team. Sometimes staff if not alloted to kitchens for more than 5-8months according to the store's cpo. So managers have to cook rice and if needed have to deliver too. I have seen senior managers and staff consuming tobacco inside kitchen. At times of PRP shortage, local purchase of vegetables and equipments are to be done by staff/managers. Week offs are often cancel on the name of audits.
