They find silly reasons to fire people. People have illegal relationships at work. They like the slow worker and promote her, even though she's not fast. If you work hard for three months, they might fire you. The boss is tricky and has sneaky plans. They employ tactics to make people so miserable that they choose to leave, and to make matters worse, the notice period is a whopping 60 days, as if we're dealing with a multinational corporation. The employee policy clearly states no phone usage, yet a significant number of people regularly take personal calls and send messages during work hours. The technical person exhibits inappropriate behavior with women, especially when it comes to personal matters. God is there to look after your sins.

This is a great place to learn something new. The management has a great understanding of creating a great work atmosphere in which dependability and trust are vital. Bandwidth Stretch: If you Struggle to go over your allocated bandwidth, this environment may not be suitable for you. 3. Weekend Work: (due to workforce crunch) Working hours may sometimes stretch into the weekend. 4. Self-Reliance: Mentorship alone may not suffice. Independence is vital. 5. The company's incentive scheme does not apply to all employees and has stringent criteria for eligbility.

A good opportunity or a stepping stone for anyone who wants to build a career. I started as an intern and have been working at Reanin for 1 year. I learned new things as my educational background is entirely different from the career I chose. I was trained very well by my mentors and were supportive. Despite the long working hours, there is always a scope for learning. The work environment is supportive and friendly.

Excellent training program for freshers. Feedback is shared on a continuous basis and hence, a lot of opportunities of learning, improvement and growth. Responsibility/appraisal is given based on performance independent of previous experience.
