I was hired as a Management Trainee through my university's placement program. Unfortunately, my second month's salary was put on hold when I had to travel to my hometown for an exam. Even after returning, I have not received my full salary. As a result of this ongoing issue, I have decided to resign from my position.

Totally time pass.very bas.they deduct your salary without any reason.signed a bond and need cheque from your end.if you leave the organisation that time they encash your cheque.very forcely to work.

Being a part of the company not meraly for a good pay scale and limited work hours only but for the opportunities of growths. I person believe my career trajectory has made stride in terms of professionalism and ethical values. Work life balance here is very impressive. I am able to spend quality time with my family and enjoy the weekends with friends. I really enjoy the job here as I believe in "work hard and party harder". So 10/10to the company on this.

I need a clutter free space in the parking area. Additionally if we can get the alternate Saturday off that would be great.

They find reasons to deduct salary They will define procedures and wait for you to make mistake They abuse and insult ignoring the fact it’s a female employee or male. Management can hardly speak correct English They want to get work done but don’t pay vendors Females are not safe here They have a group and some employee can do anything to be part of the group specially female employees They need more people with less salary No medical insurance Rules are diff for favourites They make sure they make every employee show they are lower standards They can throw u out anytime with any self made reason Hard work not appreciated This company is run by brats who have just become rich Values zero Employee engagement and growth zero Employee exploitation is a fun for them They show off their money Worst company I have ever worked with They feel high when they insult employees coz they think they are gods They will not grow further as they don’t respect anyone

If you are getting your salary on time, then everything falls on time for you. Getting paid without delay actually encourages me. It motivates me to work efficiently and produce effective results on time. Also, the thing about getting a salary on time makes the company available for good candidates. The benefits along with the salary, help me to grab more challenging tasks and accomplish the same set of goals. I also got a good salary hike when I performed well in the past year. There are a few who have also achieved approx. 50% yearly hike here. I aim to achieve the same.
