There is no job security, they will involve you in extra work out of your job role, one have to perform as a delivery boy. There is no any doc. boy, all work have been done by sales person.

There is lot of dirty politics. Management is care about that type of employees who are flattery them. Without any job related fault management is charged you. If you work sincerely and honestly, seniors are planned for your harrased and Management like there flattery. Very rough language uded by Management if you want to change office environment.

1000 point that i dislike this Flatu company. Company owner dont know how to talk with ther staff... Very much horrible for working women in this company... Only drink and girls party are done there... No problem when you are come office not.. no HR nothing...
