The compensation and benefits package is great.

Dislikes

The QA team is the company's attack dog. They're the fault-finding group and not your support. If they don't like you then it's a pity. But if you're friends then you're lucky. They lack training and credibility.

up and down cab facility for second shift people.

There is no job security, lot off politics playing in the organization. less salary and they treat like slave, and rotational week offs not good for the employees.

Real page is great place to work , You would have abundant opportunities , Work culture is really good , They take care of you very well. Real page gives you great work life balance.

They won't focus on the log in and log out timings. Only on the amount work you do. If yiu finish the work, you can leave fir that day

Politics. Don't go for contractual roles for this company. They'll throw you out within 3 months.
