There pay time is inadequate. They tell that for one year you are being trained.so ofcourse no incentive and the next incentive will take more than 1.5 years to come so overall you need to invest 2.5years

If you need a stable job with average working then it's good to go. Rules will change as per the conditions. Every person will get benifits as per position. Nepotism is peek in this organisation.

A lot learning is offered through out the organisation, its a paradise for Go getters & self motivated employees, However the organisation leaves no stone unturned to keep the employees motivated.

People have job security here and can maintain work life balance at Realistic as lot of people have spent more than 15 years of time in the same organization. Which shows the level of commitment and faith of company over employees.

Working environment is not good.. because Head of Operational Abhinav Sharma is mental person..he bother to new candidates.. because he likes only flattery staffs. he does not like hard work candidates. So everything is not good in this company.. please don't go interview for accounts department, legal department, HR department, admin department.. because there is not job security in this company due to Abhinav Sharma.

Company owner Mr. Harinder Singh is aware about atmosphere of his company and nature of Abhinav Sharma..but he does not ast to question from him about bad environment.. Management knows that new candidates switch their job with in 2 month because of bad behaviour of Abhinav Sharma. I suggest everyone please don't come for joining in this company (Realistic Realtors) Don't waste your career after join this company.
