Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I had good experience working in Real Steelium Infrastructure. The work culture, management and company policies are good and formulated considering the needs of employees as well. The best part is that the company keeps employees consultation and advice in priority.

Mainly, I found only positive aspects about the company due to it's work culture and environment. However, I am looking for company which is providing more growth opportunities for it's employees considering my knowledge and experience.
