1. Flexible log-in/off time, no headache to take leaves, 2. Direct interaction with CTOs, CEO, PMs etc. which help you grow your communication skill ,you learn a lot from their experience. 3. No manager-employee funda here!, Readywire work as a single unit, and tries to full-fill customer needs. 4. No micromanagement and no office politics, total chill environment and permanent work from Home!

Dislikes

1. Very tight deadlines and strict guidelines to follow . 2. Long meeting hours and doing overtime very often. 3. No additional benefits such as Internet Reimbursement, self development reimbursement. 4. As company is growing rapidly inculcating changes and making process streamlined is a challenging task.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
