Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. 1. Flexible log-in/off time, no headache to take leaves, 2. Direct interaction with CTOs, CEO, PMs etc. which help you grow your communication skill ,you learn a lot from their experience. 3. No manager-employee funda here!, Readywire work as a single unit, and tries to full-fill customer needs. 4. No micromanagement and no office politics, total chill environment and permanent work from Home!

1. Very tight deadlines and strict guidelines to follow . 2. Long meeting hours and doing overtime very often. 3. No additional benefits such as Internet Reimbursement, self development reimbursement. 4. As company is growing rapidly inculcating changes and making process streamlined is a challenging task.
