Salary work everything is good, but they treat differently after resining, not having response for notice period negotiation from hr and management, holded 1 month salary not given any experience certificates, It's better to leave this company after salary credit without telling any one.

Management and seniors always support in work. they improve employee with proper guidance and training which help us for career growth. Though I have service gap still they believe my caliber and select me .I improve myself as professional way in RCMPL .I am continuous learning how to do value added work from management ,senior and other employees. Employees and collogue are very supportive

Company culture is good, also staff is supportive including managers. And if you re ready to learn new things then best company for learning. Best place to develop your skills. Seniors treat like family. There is no toxic culture like any other corporate.
