... leave. Engineers are forced to stay at site 3 to 6 months continuous at a site. After resigning does not provide any documents, if they somehow get to know you are leaving they will not give you salary. So leave after getting your salary.

Salary work everything is good, but they treat differently after resining, not having response for notice period negotiation from hr and management, holded 1 month salary not given any experience certificates, It's better to leave this company after salary credit without telling any one.

I work with a team of talented engineers,designers,all of whom bring unique expertise to the table.The collaborative nature of the team allows for open discussions,Idea sharing,and problem solving,which helps to come up with creative solutions and tackle complex challannges effecrively.

there are times when when the work life balance can suffer particulerly when dealing with project deadlines,testing phases or last minute changes.While the company is generally flexible,there are instances when long hours are required to meet deadlines or address unforseen issues during product development.

Management and seniors always support in work. they improve employee with proper guidance and training which help us for career growth. Though I have service gap still they believe my caliber and select me .I improve myself as professional way in RCMPL .I am continuous learning how to do value added work from management ,senior and other employees. Employees and collogue are very supportive

when overseeing multiple projects or large-scale operations the responsibility cab be overwhelming. Juggling the demands of various projects teams, & deadlines often results in significant stress, especially when issues arise that require urgent attention.
