Management of this company is worst. Each and everything is decided by the director himself only. No hr policy ,nothing. Worst Company. Accommodations provided by the company is worst. They don't have proper technical knowledgeable persons in there company. Behaviour of Co. Director is like a labour class.

Fraud HR department particularly in Port Blair, Keeping retention money from staff salary and not paying the same while they are leaving the company, no proper guest house, no transportation facilities, no food allowance, no LTA, cheating clients as well as staff. Management never involves in HR gundaiasm

... Company director don't like to honour offer letter after joining at Port Blair. They generally failee to pay as per offer letter like salary and benefits. A erage Salary payment 3 months. There are lots of hidden clause come to know after joing which are very penic.
