Frankly nothing, one of the worst organization and cheaters.

Dislikes

Everything. Work Life Balance - Zero ( Everyday morning from 6 they will start with review call and till night they will keep calling you) CEO seem like mentaly retarded cheap guy. Will make employee stand in meeting in same of punishment and use slang for everything. All there product are manufacturer in China and just naming is done in India. Over that they wish to promote product saying make in india. Will take advance payment from client but product delivery will take ages. If you send product for service, just forget the material. You will never get it back. And client will call sales manager and screw the happiness.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
