...ike in rdc. No systemic process of working. No arrangements of employees safety. Salary is also not on time. Only yell at workers for work. Deal with staff in terrible manner.

...e water, proper sitting place is not provided. Management behavior is very rude. Salary of staff and workers is too late. I personally not recommend to join this company.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
