Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Everything here feels like home. The work culture is so safe and make feel like home while working with them. The top management of this company is beyond excellence. Single Handedly managed all project, some works and responsibilities are also not mine but I never complained and try to complete the work but at the end when their Need is fulfilled they Dismiss me like I was nothing .. #Poor_Values
