Apart from senior management, the rest of team-especially junior management-was incredibly helpful, approachable, and genuinely invested in each other's success.

Dislikes

In RCM there is lack of job security now, which made it difficult to feel confident in long-term planning and career growth. Additionally there is lots of office politics, within senior management, created a challenging work environment, which affected team morale. The work compensation and expectations felt more aligned with manual labor rather than the professional position but only for juniors. Seniors only do office politics nothing more than this - no work at all

worst ompany. not at all supportive in covid. They will just throw you out of the compny when u need it the most . giving stupid reasons and put the blame on you. no career growth you have to keep doing the same test again and again make the same documnts . they will fire you without any reason no fcility nothing. the managers ask you to give money for their personal parties.
