Before getting the offer letter, Ask the salary structure letter also . Because the HR team will not share the document. And in 100% salary we will get 60% salary in hand. No safety for JOB, and mentally torture without your work

Traveling allowancess are not given properly.there is a lot of difference in salary for they said and they are given packege.. many years of work will not be confirmed.. they are can't given my 5 months travelling allowance after my resign and they stopped my LTA also management does not respond properly for employees.
