They won't give salary as what they offer, they will hold 20-25% of ur offer and will give you after one year as bonus and LTA.. moreover you have to be with organisation to get your all holding money what they will deduct from u.

...he GM will not even know your name. The area manager pretend to do all the work. Salary increase every two years only if it is also recommended by the manager

Traveling allowancess are not given properly.there is a lot of difference in salary for they said and they are given packege.. many years of work will not be confirmed.. they are can't given my 5 months travelling allowance after my resign and they stopped my LTA also management does not respond properly for employees.

NOT MAINTAINING DESIGNATION WISE SALRIES--- FOR EXAMPLE HIGH DESIGNATED PERSONNEL WITH LOW SALARIES AND LOW DESIGNATED PERSONNEL WITH HIGH SALARIES,MANAGEMENT SHOULD SEE THAT DIFFERENCE OF SAME GRADE(Example: Manager of One Dept. to Other Dept. or with in the same Dept) PERSONNELS SALARIES SHOULD BE MINIMIZED---PLZ NOTE THAT ONE OF THE HIGHLY DISCIPLINED INDIAN ARMY PERSONEEL RAISED AND ACHIEVED ONE RANK ONE PENSION---

Job Security and work culture is good. Management is direct intaract with us. Policy of the company is good.

Dislikes

We are implementing strict policy. That is some times not workout our business. Salary and career growth is not expectable. There is no skill development orientation programs.
