Good experience achieved with the self motivated executives and Managers and timely salary payments and other perks. Excellent team work except the Plant Head/Plant Manager who is totally confused personality.

Nothing, or in other words simply the worst company ever. If you ever get a job in this company leave within 2 months because of zero job security.

job not secure, working environment is also not good.

Dislikes

Seniors never support their junior and there is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Abusive language is common. Highly polluted company ( Not environment friendly)

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
