.... There is a work life balance. You can learn a lot. Started a training courses. Additionally Nice salary and providing allowances. Yearly a decent hike. Week off leave.

Dislikes

Night shift. They can give permanent WFH but still doing Hybrid model( weekly twice). Following only US Holidays ( Since this is US Mortgage) but ultimately good news is mostly that holiday fall in either Monday/ Friday. So will get long weekend .

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
