Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

This is a totally a fraud company. Teammates all r fraud. There was no training, no job security, no career growth, traveling is taking toooo much time, work environment is sooo bad bcoz all time they uses slang language and lastly they don't give salary to their employers and I'm also suffering with this. I also haven't take my first month salary 😪😪😪
