I worked with automony for 2.5 years it was a very good experience and everyone in that office is very good they help each other and understand each other. The boss of automony is very nice his personality is very nice and the staff of automony is Very good.But I will always regret that I had to leave the job for some reason. thank you

What I don't like in automony is the holiday, there are very few holidays in this company and here one more thing I want to say is the time, here no one comes to office on time and sometimes some go home.

Most horrible is JOB SECURITY. There is no job security since executive to Senior Management level. The politics are doing in one of the person of company who is not want to grow the company. Even the foundation level persons job is also not secure. No reward or apparitions. No management of company. Not more than 5-6 persons of employees who are vintage. Personal suggestion to not work in this company for your career.

I am join company from beginning company mainly focus from digital software i love that fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable good services oriented company another plus point is that my colleague come from various culture background and we work happily in collaboration i also like the employee hire policy

Management taking decision very late on any topics

The best part is the learning aspects. I have learn fundamental of financial services and other compliances. All the departmental head are helpful to each other. Women Safety is the main plus point of the company. No disrespect from any of the department and branches.

The team size for Accounts team were too small i.e. only two person.
