Compensation is very bad less salary from other mnc which can be given if want to sustain employees and minimum working hours cap is 9 hours which means you can not go home before completing 9;hours sometimes you need to early but it's not possible here. growth is also slow.

Likes

There's nothing to like about working here. Their attrition rate speaks for itself, where no employee stays for more than a year.

Dislikes

...s at all. They'll try to mooch off money from the employees as much as possible. For example, ad hoc deductions from salary and not reimbursing the employee when he leaves the firm. 3. No accountability and no training culture. People are left to fend for themselves. 4. Extremely low pay packages and no accretion. Basically, zero appreciation for their employees. Would rather be unemployed than work here.

It is a Good Platform to Learn and Deliver, If you have interest in enhancing knowledge and execute, Seniors are very knowledgeable and supportive, they will be like mentors and guide you.

Flexible timings and team members were very helpful

Dislikes

compensation is considerably low and very limited opportunities for growth. Not preferable for long term association. Overall management is restricted to few senior staff and there is not much scope of growth outside their preview.
