Only good thing currently is work from home

I have a feeling of working in a parliament.transport scrapped off,subsidized lunch scrapped off.Incompetent resources identified as TL.Once UK conquered us and politicized here silently such things are done.I shall provide a case where you can identify how incompetent is that team leader is shift timing is 12:30-21:30.one is not allowed to logout 21:00 who could take his dinner brk directly and leave.but instead they can avail that break sometimes before 20:00 hrs and then work till 21:30..our system of education (copied from UK) is the root cause. So basically most of the things career,work life,learning, politics all put together. we are all jus a disposable tissue paper.Any corporate for that matter.

It was very good company once but the ppl were carried away by talkers than doers

Becoming worst day by day,initially there was subsidized meal,transport every thing has been scrapped off..depends upon managers.
