Old RBS was good. Now it has become a machine and we are treated like cogs in machine. No human consideration

Dislikes

The management is worse. Very inhuman management. Has bo process knowledge and expect us to work like a robot 9 hours a day

Respect on my job is the first thing that comes to mind when i think about working in Natwest Group. All employees are respected well and have a very good work life balance culture. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
