...n it back :). It's a good organization under the able leadership of Alison Rose. Growth could be a little slow but overall compensation and work life balance is best. I love RBS to be honest.

RBS Services India private limited now called Natwest Markets is really a best place to work.. Inspire of many other companies work life balance is what I like the most especially being a women..

Old RBS was good. Now it has become a machine and we are treated like cogs in machine. No human consideration

The management is worse. Very inhuman management. Has bo process knowledge and expect us to work like a robot 9 hours a day

Respect on my job is the first thing that comes to mind when i think about working in Natwest Group. All employees are respected well and have a very good work life balance culture. Inclusion and Diversity is one of the key aspects working here. Work wise also i have got various opportunities to grow here.
