Nothing to Like..Ranjan & Mani Sir is on top and they do politics with their employees.If top management is involve in politics then how lower of them can work effectively..Site Managers(which will be mostly their relatives) give solid lollypop to you & after completion of your role they will kick you just like a dog.This company is a family based company and only family person is recognised and promoted.

No Salary on time No Job Security (even you don't be aware that when you will be kicked out during your day work, it's unpredictable) Working culture No any Good/Educated/Technical Skill person is on Site Lead. Person like Ramnivas & Sriniwas are Site Managers(they even not have simple knowledge of Isometric Drawing).

Koi bhi is company main aane se pahle 1000 baar soch lena, road pe khare hoke pani bech lo magar rbm main job mat karna.. yaha engineer bhi helper ka kaam karta hai . Safety officer site pe jharu lagata hai.pura ka pura khandan ka aadmi company ka bhada para hai, aur koi bhi tecnical Banda nahi hai .
